Project L/EARN is supported by an REU (Research Experiences for Undergraduates) grant from the Social, Behavioral, and Economic Sciences Directorate of the National Science Foundation. The REU Site is titled ôSocial Disparities in Health, Health Behavior, and Access to Care. NSF Award 1460354

A Graduate Education Preparation Program
The goal of Project L/EARN is to increase the number of students
from underrepresented groups or disadvantaged communities
in the fields of health, mental health, and health policy research,
thereby expanding the breadth of health research to include a broader
range of ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic issues, concerns and perspectives.
